Andie Paige Rosafort, 31, a high school lunch lady in Connecticut is accused of grooming and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy via social media, sending nude photos. When the freshman asked whether this had happened accidentally she replied with another explicit photo – leading him to believe they had received it on purpose.
Online Luring
Andie rosafort, the lunch lady in New Fairfield School District’s Andie Rosafort has been arrested on allegations that she engaged in online luring activities with an 8th grade student. Police allege she began communicating online with him shortly before their eighth-grade year began.
The alleged victim reported to state police that Rosafort had sent him unwelcome sexually explicit photos and videos, including naked ones, without his prior approval or request. When questioned as to their source, Rosafort responded by sending more naked shots.
She used both private social media accounts and TikTok accounts under the names ‘thepeachespaige’ and ‘peaches paige’ to send inappropriate messages directly to a teen in Virginia, prompting police to seize her mobile phone and find inappropriate material that led to her arrest on February 20. She was charged with second-degree sexual assault, enticing minor by computer, risk of injury to minor and exposure of child abuse material.
Police were told by the alleged victim that Rosafort picked him up from a party at his friend’s home on January 13 and they engaged in sexual contact. Rosafort also drove them back home together in her SUV.
Sexual Assault
Andie Paige Rosafort has been charged with sexually abusing a 14-year-old eighth grader at New Fairfield school where she worked, according to court affidavit obtained by WTNH. Rosafort was forced out after one of Rosafort’s alleged victims’ father notified administrators about what their son reported was occurring at Rosafort’s hands; an incident report filed by Rosafort states the boy attended a party and returned “behaving oddly”. Rosafort ultimately resigned after one such father alerted administrators about what occurred between herself and Rosafort who then quit. According to WTNH’s review of court affidavit, Rosafort then quit.
Rosafort began messaging him periodically over time asking, “You want to see something?” In response, she would send nude photos. Additionally, he claims she also sent videos of herself at his sports games and picked him up from a January party at another friend’s house where they engaged in sexual contact. Rosafort continued sending private messages until police charged her with online luring and endangering minor welfare – she pled not guilty and is currently free on $100,000 bond.
On Jan. 14 Rosafort asked him for his address before driving short distances with them before engaging in sexual acts inside. Once his father discovered this relationship with Rosafort he immediately reported it to school officials and police.
Rosafort was charged with second-degree sexual assault, enticing minors via computer and risk of injury to a child — all Class C felonies. She remains free on $100,000 bond until her scheduled court appearance on March 23.
Sexual Harassment
Rosafort had been exchanging private messages through social media with an individual claiming they were sending unasked-for images of herself as well as unsolicited nude shots from others, prompting the recipient to share similar images back. According to police investigation, they also exchanged naked photos between other people involved and requested images from them as well.
On the night of alleged sexual assault, Rosafort met up with her at a party held at one of her friend’s homes. Following this meeting, he picked her up and drove a short distance before engaging in sexual contact.
The alleged victim reported the incident to school administrators, who notified authorities. A married woman was later arrested on charges of second-degree sexual assault, enticing minors online and risking injury to minors impairing morals of children despite having resigned her position; her charges include second-degree sexual assault and risk to injury to minors impairing morals of children; this story has received wide coverage in media.
